Registration fees of Participants and Student Participants cover all scientific sessions, lunch and banquet. Accompanying Person fees cover lunch and banquet. One-Day Participants should register on-site.

Participants are welcome to reserve a hotel of their choice in Kyoto. We have reserved rooms at the Hotel Heian No Mori Kyoto, which is the site of the Banquet (June 30). Reservations for rooms at Hotel Heian No Mori Kyoto will be handled on a first-come-first-serve basis. For details, please refer to the registration form.

Please pay your hotel fees individually upon arrival at Hotel Heian No Mori Kyoto.
VISA Information
Participants of Chinese or certain nationalities will be required to obtain a visa to enter Japan.
They should apply in person at the Japanese Embassy or Consulate in their country and such arrangements may take up to a few months, so it is advised that you should start its preparation early.
If you need to obtain a visa, you may need some documents from Japanese organizer, such as "a letter of reason for invitation." Please fill out the registration form and complete your registration. We will send you the original documents by air mail.
You may be also required to submit your schedule in Japan. For this document, we need your flight information. As soon as you finish booking your flight, please inform us of your schedule in Japan.
Please keep in mind that it may take more than one month for your visa to be processed.
